How much does it cost?
We charge £50.00 for the first half an hour and £25.00 for consecutive ones**.
What kind of jobs do you do?
We do pretty much all kind of handyman jobs; from hanging pictures and blinds to electrical and plumbing jobs. Also, we installing bathrooms, kitchens and do a whole refurbishments.
Are you insured?
Yes, West London Handyman Ltd is in a possession of full public liability and other insurances required.
Do you take away rubbish, boxes, packaging?
We do not take any rubbish, boxes or packaging away unless specified otherwise.
Do you do free estimates?
In the case of small jobs, we can give you an idea of how long a particular job will take in the assumption that there are no unexpected problems. In the case of bigger projects - based on pictures - we also can give you a rough idea about the cost of labour. Written quotations are subject to £75.00 fee.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, our job is covered with 12 months warranty. In the unlikely event you were not happy with our job we would immediately come back to remedy the job.
Do you work weekends or evenings?
We try to complete all our work between 8 am and 5 pm but if needed then we can come in the early evening or on weekends.
What payment do you accept?
We accept most forms of payment - cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Sorry, no cheques. Please note that we're expecting to be paid on the completion the job / on the day when invoice has been received by a customer.
Do you give a fixed time for an appointment?
Normally we give the one-hour time slot of our arrival.
Are parking fees included in your charges?
Parking fees, congestion charge and ULEZ fees are added on top of the bill where applicable.
Are materials included in your charges?
No, materials aren't included in our charges. We can provide ones but time spent on sourcing, ordering or buying materials will be added to the labour time.
Do you do emergency jobs?
How much does it cost?
Yes, we do emergencies.
The prices are the same. The only difference is that we adding driving time (both directions at our hourly charges) to the final bill.
How's about cancelling or rescheduling an appointment?
Please let us know one full business day before the appointment.
**We reserve the right to collect increased fees for our services in certain cases (e.g. last-minute reduction of the scope of previously agreed services; considerable distance between the place where we usually work and the place where the service is to be performed). The customer will be fully informed before the service is provided.
